Kirsten Celo is a Los Angeles based Camera Operator and Photographer who was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Born with a passion for art and creation, she worked in many different mediums before discovering photojournalism. She has been documenting people and news since 2003.
Kirsten has also cultivated a career in Film. She has had the opportunity to work with a variety of commercial clients including: BMW; Alfa Romeo; Lana Del Rey; ABC; CoverGirl; Dick’s Sporting Goods; Old Spice; Samsung; and Best Buy to name a few. She is also an experienced Underwater Camera Operator and is both PADI and Dry Suit Certified.
Following her passion for documentary work, Kirsten graduated from Syracuse University in 2013. She majored in Photojournalism at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications, minored in Film-making and Anthropology.
Kirsten lives in Los Angeles, but is available for assignments worldwide.
